The Syracuse Mets split a doubleheader with Rochester.

In a 9–4 game one loss, Chance Sisco and J.D. Davis each launched a home run. Patrick Mazeika and Brandon Drury also recorded an RBI each. Wilfredo Tovar reached base safely twice.

Game two (a makeup from July 2) would result in a 7–5 Syracuse win.

Cheslor Cuthbert recorded a multi-homer game, hitting one in the first inning and the fourth inning while driving in three. Orlando Calixte also had a multi-RBI night in the contest. Cameron Maybin recorded three hits including a double, run scored and RBI.

Nick Tropeano made the start, allowing one run over three innings. Bradley Roney was credited with the win while Stephen Nogosek recorded the save to secure the win for Syracuse.

Jose Butto (Mets #15 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) made the start, allowing two earned runs over 5.2 innings of work.

In a 6–3 game one win, Warren Saunders and Branden Fryman recorded multi-hit games and an RBI each. Jaylen Palmer (Mets #12 ranked Prospect — MLB Pipeline) doubled in the win. Austin Faith got the win in relief, allowing one run over 2.2 innings of work.

Game two (a makeup from July 13) would result in a 4–2 St. Lucie win. Matt O’Neill belted a sixth inning three-run homer to provide the offense for the Mets. Alex Ramirez (Mets #9 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) and Omar de los Santos recorded multi-hit games.

RHP, Junior Santos

Junior Santos (Mets #11 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) allowed two runs over six innings of work and got the win.
