SYRACUSE METS
The Syracuse Mets saw their matchup with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre get postponed due to inclement weather. A date for a makeup game has yet to be announced.
BINGHAMTON RUMBLEPONIES
Binghamton defeated Hartford, 6–5.
Carlos Cortes (Mets #16 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) recorded a multi-hit game with a home run and three RBI. Brett Baty (Mets #4 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) also recorded a multi-hit game including a double and RBI. Mark Vientos (Mets #7 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) also doubled and drove in a run.
Mitch Ragan tossed 3.2 scoreless innings of relief, striking out three and recording the win. Jared Robinson pitched two shutout innings to record the save.
BROOKLYN CYCLONES
Brooklyn fell to Jersey Shore, 4–3.
Antoine Duplantis and Luis Gonzalez each recorded two hits and scored a run for the Cyclones. Francisco Álvarez (Mets #1 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) drove in two runs.
Luc Rennie got the nod for Brooklyn, pitching 4.2 innings and striking out six while allowing two earned runs in the start.
ST. LUCIE METS
St. Lucie saw a 9–4 win over Dayotna.
Alex Ramirez (Mets #8 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) launched a three-run homer in the fourth inning while Brandon McIlwain also homered and drove in three. Warren Saunders collected two hits in the contest, scoring a run and driving one in.
Jose Chacin made the start for St. Lucie, allowing two earned runs over six innings of work and collecting eight punchouts.
