BINGHAMTON RUMBLEPONIES
The Binghamton RumblePonies fell to Portland, 11–0.
Jake Mangum (Mets #27 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) reached base safely twice via hit by pitch and a single, extending his current hitting streak to seven games. He is hitting .474 in the month of August.
Connor Grey struck out three batters in four innings of work.
BROOKLYN CYCLONES
Brooklyn was defeated by Hudson Valley, 3–2.
José Martínez reached base safely three times with two walks, a hit, RBI and run scored as he continues to progress through his rehab assignment. Luke Ritter doubled in the contest.
Jaison Vilera pitched five innings in the start, allowing two earned runs asnd punching out five.
ST. LUCIE METS
The St. Lucie Mets saw a 4–3 win over Tampa.
Alex Ramirez (Mets #9 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) reached base safely twice with a double, walk and run scored. Kevin Kendall recorded a multi-hit game while JT Schwartz scored two runs in the win.
Robert Colina made his St. Lucie debut, allowing three runs over five innings while fanning four batters. Nolan Clenney recorded the win out of the bullpen.
