SYRACUSE METS
The Syracuse Mets defeated Rochester, 5–3.
Travis Blankenhorn (Mets #18 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI while Wilfredo Tovar also recorded a multi-hit game and drove in a run. Albert Almora Jr. had a run scored and RBI.
Jesús Reyes got the win for Syracuse, allowing two earned runs over 5.2 innings pitched with two strikeouts.
BINGHAMTON RUMBLEPONIES
Binghamton fell to New Hampshire, 5–1.
Quinn Brodey reached base safely three times for the RumblePonies, including two doubles. Matt Winaker had an RBI in the contest.
José Buttó made the start for Binghamton, allowing three earned runs over five innings while fanning six batters.
BROOKLYN CYCLONES
Brooklyn saw a 4–1 win over Aberdeen.
Luis Gonzalez went 4-for-4 with a home run, double and two runs scored to help Brooklyn get the win. Ronny Mauricio (Mets #3 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) was on base three times with two hits, a walk, stolen base and a run batted in.
Jose Chacin was solid in his first start for Brooklyn after his promotion, allowing one earned run on two hits over 5.1 innings pitched, collecting five strikeouts to get the win.
ST. LUCIE METS
St. Lucie lost to Daytona, 3–2.
Jack-Thomas Wold doubled and drove in a run while Justin Guerrera recorded a base hit, stolen base and run scored.
Jordan Yamamoto made a rehab start with St. Lucie, tossing three scoreless innings while allowing just one hit and striking out two.
