SYRACUSE METS
The Syracuse Mets fell to Lehigh Valley, 5–4.
David Thompson went 3-for-3 with a walk, home run, two RBI and two runs scored. Khalil Lee (Mets #8 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) tripled in the contest and scored two runs while Wilfredo Tovar collected a pair of RBIs.
Vance Worley made the start for Syracuse, allowing three earned runs over six innings pitched.
BINGHAMTON RUMBLEPONIES
Binghamton’s matchup with Richmond was postponed due to COVID-19 related issues. The team will return to action tonight against Richmond.
BROOKLYN CYCLONES
Brooklyn blanked Wilmington in a 5–0 win.
Jaylen Palmer (Mets #15 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) had a multi homer game while driving in three runs for the Cyclones. Francisco Álvarez (Mets #1 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) reached base safely three times with a walk, a pair of hits, a run scored and a run batted in. Ronny Mauricio (Mets #2 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) had a hit, stolen base and run scored as Jose Peroza had an RBI in the contest.
David Griffin got his second win with Brooklyn, scattering four hits over seven shutout innings while striking out two.
ST. LUCIE METS
The St. Lucie Mets saw an 8–7 win over Jupiter.
Jack-Thomas Wold went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored while Branden Fryman launched a two-run homer for his third on the season.
Omar De Los Santos also had a multi-hit game that included a triple and four RBI. Alex Ramirez (Mets #7 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) collected two hits and scored a run while Kevin Kendall had a pair of hits as well. Rowdey Jordan and Warren Saunders each also had multi-hit games.
