The Syracuse Mets fell to Buffalo, 7–3.
Mark Vientos (Mets #6 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) launched his third home run since joining Syracuse, and his 25th overall this season. Travis Blankenhorn (Mets #18 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) recorded a multi-hit game that included a double while Mark Payton also had two hits, including a two-run homer. Khalil Lee (Mets #8 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) had a base hit as he has hit safely in 16 of his last 18 games played.
Jordan Yamamoto made the start for Syracuse, striking out two batters over five innings pitched. Robert Gsellman continues to rehab with Syracuse, as he pitched a scoreless inning in relief.
