Go To Bat For Ron Hunt

Tracey Hunt is a battler, just like her dad Ron, who was the first Met to start an All-Star Game in 1964 at Shea Stadium.
She had no intention of starting a Go Fund Me page for father, who has Parkinson’s disease and is hoping to continue the treatments which perhaps would enable him to prolong his life.
The families’ financial situation gave her no choice. “As a group we just decided we had to keep dad alive for as long as we could.” Tracey told me.
“We are proud Midwesterners but this was our only alternative.”
