Major League Baseball announced today that the season-opening series between the Washington Nationals and the New York Mets, originally scheduled from April 1st-4th at Nationals Park, will be made up as follows:

  • Saturday, June 19th — 1:05 p.m./6:05 p.m. (ET) split doubleheader at Nationals Park
  • The originally scheduled game at 4:05 p.m. (ET) on June 19th has been adjusted to accommodate the split doubleheader. This will make up the game from Thursday, April 1st.
  • Monday, June 28th — 7:05 p.m. (ET) at Nationals Park
  • Originally a mutual off-day for both Clubs, this will make up the game from Saturday, April 3rd.
  • Saturday, September 4th — 1:05 p.m./6:05 p.m. (ET) split doubleheader at Nationals Park
  • The originally scheduled game at 4:05 p.m. (ET) on September 4th has been adjusted to accommodate the split doubleheader. This will make up the game from Sunday, April 4th.
