Rest In Peace Pedro Feliciano

When the call came to the bullpen, Pedro Feliciano never said no. He was always there to the the team no matter how tired he might have felt.

When the news came in this morning that Pedro had died suddenly at the age of 45 I was in shock. From from 2008–2010 he led the majors in appearances each season. He pitched in a amazing 256 games during that tine. He pitched for us for parts of nine seasons (from 2002–2013) with the Mets.

For Pedro it was always team first and for me that’s his legacy. You will be missed, Petey.
