The Binghamton RumblePonies defeated Erie, 3–2.
Hayden Senger recorded three hits to raise his Binghamton average to .313. Manny Rodriguez launched a solo home run in the third inning while Jake Mangum (Mets #30 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) reached base safely twice with a double and walk.
Jose Butto (Mets #15 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) made his Double-A debut for Binghamton, tossing six innings, allowing two earned runs and striking out eight.
BROOKLYN CYCLONES
The Brooklyn Cyclones saw a 5–3 win over Wilmington.
Francisco Álvarez (Mets #1 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) launched his ninth homer of the season, a three-run shot in the fourth inning, his second in as many days. Ronny Mauricio (Mets #2 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) had another multi-hit game, going 2-for-4 with a run scored. Antoine Duplantis also tallied multiple hits on the night including an RBI and run scored.
Cam Opp made the start, tossing 4.2 shutout innings while allowing just one hit. Bryce Montes de Oca tossed a scoreless inning and struck out two batters to record the save.
ST. LUCIE METS
The St. Lucie Mets defeated Bradenton by a score of 5–4.
Jose Peroza went 4-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and two RBI. Jaylen Palmer (Mets #12 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) continued his hot July, recording a multi-hit game with a run scored. Jimmy Titus reached base twice, driving in a run.
Junior Santos (Mets #11 ranked prospect — MLB Pipeline) went six innings, allowing two earned runs and fanning four. Luis Montas and Liam McCall combined for three scoreless innings in relief to secure the win.
